Rivais crescem com escandalo na Kroll
(...) Outra empresa que tem visto seus negocios crescerem no pais e Smith Brandon, cuja acionista e a ex-diplomata americana Gene Smith. Mas a executiva nao relaciona a expansao aos problemas enfrentados pela Kroll. "Nao e uma questao de pegar os servicos deles e sim de deixar com que os clientes saibam o que fazemos. Muitos nem tem ideia de que podemos ajuda-los", diz Smith.
A Smith Brandon nao tem escritorios no Brasil porque trabalha com a contratacao de terceiros e da propria Smith, que morou no Brasil por cinco anos e hoje esta baseada em Washington. E ela quem, em muitos dos 20 a 30 casos que trabalha anualmente, vem ao Brasil para atende-los.
